Precious Safe Haven is an agency licensed with the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) and provide services that are funded through Medicaid Wavier Program. We provide care and support for persons with intellectual disabilities in need of a Standard Group Home, Life Skills Development (Companion) and Personal Supports. Our residential habilitation group home designed to provide support and care for individuals who are physically, intellectually or developmentally challenged. Our staff is committed to providing exceptional care to every resident. We understand that everyone is unique, which is why we take the time to partake in person-centered care plan for each resident in our care. Our team is passionate about helping individuals achieve their full potential and live their best lives. We offer a range of activities and programs designed to help individuals develop new skills, make friends, and feel included.

Residential Rehabilitation
(Standard)
Our Residential Habilitation program provides specific training to help individuals learn and enhance essential daily livivng skills. This includes personal hygiene, such as bathing and oral care, as well as homemaking skills like cooking, cleaning, and laundry. We priortize individual choice, focusing on the skills each person wishes to develop as oulined in a person-centered care plan that reflects their goals and current needs.
Personal Supports
We understand that every individual's journey is unique. Our dedicated team of direct support team offers personalized personal support services, ensuring that each resident receives the assistance they require with daily activities, personal care, and medication management. We are committed to promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Life Skills Development (Companion)
At Precious Safe Haven, we believe in the power of companionship. Our compassionate caregivers provide life skills support, engaging residents in meaningful activities and fostering social connections.
